Estimate Process

We strive to make the rental process, clear, efficient, and transparent. To get a rough cost estimate, add and remove items to your estimate. When ready, submit your estimate and we will review with you and answer your questions. Use your customer account, make as many changes as you like, and submit when ready.

  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, linens, decor, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your estimate and proceed to submit. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we'll deliver to your doorstep or event venue. After your event, we'll pickup, take care of cleaning and maintenance, so you can focus on enjoying your party!

  • Yes - Grand delivers, and in more than one way!

    We are glad to deliver to the Reno-Tahoe area, including Northern Nevada/California. 

    To estimate a delivery cost, add items to your estimate and select delivery options. While reviewing your estimate, we will let you know of any delivery changes required to turn your estimate into an order. 

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements.
