Item Delivery

Standard Delivery: is roughly 50' from the delivery vehicle.
Note: Additional charges may be assessed if standard delivery options are not allowed, required, or necessary for our determination of a safe, secure, or reasonable delivery. Please note these are at the discretion of GRAND, and images are a standard documentation procedure.

Long-Haul Delivery: areas beyond the driveway/entryway. I.e., side yard, back yard, etc. Fees may be assessed and charged accordingly. 

Additional Services: Ask about options for us to Set Up and/or Take Down your rental items. This is a time commitment, which we are glad to help with, but need to account for time and labor.

Tent Installation

A site visit is required for most tent installations. Most site visits are included in the rental price.
