Just so you know...

Events involve a lot of emotion, your rentals should not be one of them.

Here are a few tips to ensure your event goes smoothly, regardless of graduation, baby shower, or wedding.

  1. Ask To See The Product
It is easy to show pictures, especially in the day of AI. It is a "Red Flag" if a rental company hesitates when you ask to see the items, regardless if you are actually going to be there in person. For example, Grand cleans and sanitizes all tables and chairs after each use. Not only can you see actual items on display in our showroom, but we exceed industry sanitization standards and sealed for each rental. We do not cut corners and are happy to show you our inventory so you are confident that we are retinting directly to you and not sub-renting from anther company.

  2. Insurance
Just ask if you or your venue can be listed on their insurance. An insured rental company has the ability to and can list your on their insurance in a matter of hours. If a rental company "wonders" why you are asking, it is and immediate "Red Flag." Grand carries industry standard policies ranging from $1M to $5M, so you never need to worry about our tents, tables, chairs, or...trucks.

  3. Weather
The Reno-Tahoe area is considered a "Special Wind Area" in the rental industry. As such, be sure to ensure your tent meets the requirements to be used during inclement weather. This means, be aware of differences between companies renting party tents vs event tents. Grand only rents engineered event tents with engineered frames, which means our tents can be used in 50-80 mph winds, while most party tents cannot be occupied when winds exceed 20 mph.
